One lucky winner will get their very own new Fitbit Ace or Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker/watch! (style will depend on age of raffle winner)

5 winners will receive a $20 gift certificate to JT’s Genuine Sandwich Shop at 3970 N Elston Ave. 

2 winners will receive a $10 gift certificate to Miko’s Italian Ice at 4125 N Kimball

1 winner will receive a FREE week at Steve & Kate’s Camp, a summer daycamp at 1215 W Fulton Market in the west loop – Good for summer 2021 dates between 6/21 – 8/27, for one child between ages 4-12. 

1 winner will receive a gift certificate and Merchandise Swag from Ultimate Ninjas at 2915 W Montrose.

6 winners will receive a $20 gift certificate to the Original Alps Pancake House at 3637 W Irving Park Rd.

Chalk Art Contest Prizes

FOM will choose 3 semi-finalists from all Chalk Art entries received by email. Voting on these three entries will be open Monday 5/31 – Friday 6/4. Anyone can vote so share with your friends and family!

The winner for Best Sidewalk Chalk Art will receive:

One certificate for themselves and up to 6 friends/family to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA)

and

One $20 gift card to Blick Art Materials

and

An art supply gift basket donated by a Murphy family!
